Why they are together
Every one of these five is sold on its own. They are combined here because they do different jobs, and because two of them work better in company than alone.
Quercetin is a plant flavonoid with antioxidant activity, and it is poorly absorbed by itself. Bromelain, an enzyme from pineapple, is included in part because it improves how much of the quercetin you actually take up. N-acetyl cysteine is the precursor the body uses to make glutathione. Stinging nettle leaf has centuries of traditional use behind it. Vitamin C is depleted quickly under environmental and physical stress and the body cannot manufacture it, so it has to arrive from outside.
