One drop delivers 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 10 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7. About 1,200 drops per bottle. It is tasteless and disappears into anything.
What it supports
- Bone health and normal calcium utilization
- Normal cardiovascular function
- Normal immune function
- Normal circulatory function
Why the two together
Vitamin D raises how much calcium you absorb. Vitamin K is involved in where that calcium ends up. K activates osteocalcin, the protein that binds newly absorbed calcium into the bone matrix, which is the argument for taking the pair rather than D on its own.
The K2 here is MenaQ7® PRO, the MK-7 form used in most of the published human research on vitamin K2. MK-7 stays in circulation considerably longer than the MK-4 form found in cheaper products. The D is cholecalciferol, D3 rather than D2, which holds blood levels longer.
Why a liquid
Both of these are fat-soluble vitamins, and both are dosed in micrograms. A drop is a more forgiving format than a capsule when you want to move someone from 1,000 IU to 2,000 IU without buying a second bottle. Take it straight or put it in coffee. You will not taste it.
